HIGHLY TRAINED ROOFING PROFESSIONALS WITH A FOCUS ON SAFETY

Empire Roofing takes responsibility for the safety of our employees as well as our valued clientele. Each Empire Roofing employee must undergo a certification program in safety and are required to pass our exams before being allowed into the field. Employees must also take part in regular classroom training safety sessions conducted by safety specialists. Regular scheduled and unscheduled inspections are conducted onsite and managers conduct regular meetings with staff and customers to discuss any safety issues that may arise at a jobsite. All safety measures and protocols at Empire Roofing are designed to meet or exceed OSHA requirements.

EMPIRE ROOFING'S ANNUAL SAFETY-FEST

Each year, we shut down our offices for an entire week to conduct our annual Safety-Fest with all field and office personnel. We have representatives from Firestone Building Products, the Ministry of Labour, safety equipment manufacturers and the OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) who join these sessions to provide all Empire employees with up-to-date information on everything roofing-safety. As technology and methods change in the commercial and industrial roofing industry, so do our courses, classes and seminars. We are proud to have maintained one of the most impressive safety records in the roofing industry and we strive to set new standards for safety each year.
